Administrative/Organizational help

 

Mo Harper-Desir… holds a strong skill set in administration, programs and strategic planning. Through her course studies at The University of Massachusetts Amherst, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management. The key skills gained through this education include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. I have planned and coordinated fundraisers and community events, scheduled and booked rehearsals and shows, managed and maintained a working budget with timely reporting and overseen interns and volunteers. I have implemented and updated strategic planning, program evaluations and data entry and tracking. I have written and received grant funding. I have experienced so many community interactions and what it means to be and have a community. I have a strong grasp on planning and implementing strong facilitation techniques, strategic planning motives, fundraising goals, outreach and marketing techniques. I have mastered administrative duties and am proficient with MAC and PC computer programming as well as most visual arts programing like Lighthouse, After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop and more.

  • Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision making and reporting.
